Park on the street, the parking lot is for actual tenant parking only. This unit is in the first building, near the middle, you can take the first set of stairs.
Open for contact-free viewing daily, from 10am to 6pm. No appointment needed, just let yourself in and close the door behind you. If you need to view the unit at different times, please contact us to make other arrangements. As the Stop sign states, the parking lot is for tenants only, when visiting the property please park your vehicle on the street.
Applications will be available on the office door or you can email us to have an application emailed back to you.

*Garbage and Recycling included. NOTE: Recycling is mandatory and strictly enforced. Thompsons Sanitation provides rolling blue bins for the Mixed recycling and the property owners provide Glass bins and haul the glass recycling themselves. They also provide a round brown bin for weeds, potting soil, coffee grounds and egg shells.
*One assigned off-street parking space per unit, for tenant parking only. All vehicles not on the rental agreement, and visitors, must park on the street.
*Tenant Mailbox provided for each unit.
*Security cameras throughout the property
TENANT pays Electricity and any other amenities, such as phone, cable, internet etc.
The Public Library is close by and their internet signal can often be used from the rooms on the south side of the unit.
There is a partially fenced yard located behind the buildings for walking dogs, BBQ's, playing or just hanging out etc. There are also blueberry, Marion berry and raspberry plants, all are welcome to care for then and pick the fruit.
NO SMOKING: Due to past issues with smokers failing to follow the rules, causing significant damages to the units and disturbing the peaceful enjoyment of other tenants, we no longer rent to smokers. Visitors must smoke off the property. Tenants are encouraged to report all violations of the rules.
YES, animals are allowed, but must be pre-approved before applying. (SEE BELOW)
*2 animals per unit. There is no size or breed limit on dogs, however we generally only allow one dog per unit, but we have made exceptions to number of animals in the past, on a case by case basis
*Absolutely No: rodents, vermin, snakes, ferrets, birds or large aquariums.
*All animals must be over 1 year old and must be completely house-trained.
*All animals must be Spayed/Neutered, and proof submitted before signing the rental agreement.
*All tenants with animals are required to carry Liability Insurance. Liability insurance is different from Renters insurance, which only covers the tenant's property, as it covers pet damages to the unit, property and persons, should anyone be bitten or scratched.
To have your animal pre-approved prior to submitting an application, you must
1) submit a recent colored photo of each animal(s).
2) Provide a description of each animal: Age/Date of birth, size/weight, breed, color(s), hair length etc.
AND provide a written, numbered, response to each of the following:
3) Tell us where the animal is while you are at work or away from the unit?
4) Tell us what is the longest period of time the animal would be left home alone?
You will receive a response (yes or no) and those approved will be sent a copy of our Animal Agreement to review before applying, just so they know what is expected.
*Yes, we accept HUD/Low income housing assistance as 100% of all Oregon landlords are required to do, as per Oregon Revised Statute 659A.421 (1) (d). Please stop asking.
