How do I contact McDelivery? ›

Please call 1300-13-1300 for further assistance.

If you fail to collect it within 20 minutes, your order will be discarded without replacement or refund. If you place an order for table service or delivery to curbside and you're not there to collect your order, we will keep the food for a maximum of 20 minutes.

At this time, orders cannot be changed after you submit payment. You can cancel your original order using the “Cancel Order” button in your order details. Once your order starts being prepared, you cannot cancel your order. You can get updates on your order progress in the app.

Please contact us within 48 hours to get the best possible support experience. After this time-frame, we may be unable to provide a refund or other resolution. Mention the exact missing or incorrect item(s) in your order. If you received an incorrect item, please upload an image of the item you received.

McDelivery is a McDonald's service that delivers food to the customer's door.

To cancel your order, you'll need to do this on the Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Grubhub app or website where you placed the order. The app or website you placed your order on will have instructions for the cancellation process.

If you were double charged at a McDonald's Restaurant first check with the store to see if they are responsible. You can find store contact information by using the McDonald's Restaurant Locator page. If, not check with your bank to rectify the issue.

The restaurant or store may be forced to cancel your order due to exceptional circ*mstances such as sold-out products, technical problems or extreme weather conditions.

For delivery and collection orders, head to the order details page, where you'll see the option to cancel your order under 'Can we help with anything?' Will I be charged for cancelling my order? If you cancel your order, you may be charged an amount up to the full order value.

If an entire order is incorrect, the customer is refunded for the sales price of the entire order (including tax/VAT) and the delivery fee. Total refunds (less delivery fees) are deducted directly from restaurant payouts. This information is reflected in your Uber Eats Weekly Pay Statement email within 1-2 weeks.

Can you get a refund on McDelivery? ›

If we have already taken payment for your McDelivery order, we will refund you as soon as possible but in any case, we aim to provide a refund within seven (7) days. 3.12 McDelivery orders are for your own consumption only. You must only place McDelivery orders for your own consumption and not for business reasons.
