Our car was a Lancia Ypsilon with only 6000km's on it. The car was in very good condition. Sixt is a bit more expensive than the others but has full insurance and very good service. Would hire here again.

I had a terrible experience with a competing rental agency. I went to the Sixt desk and Olga immediately assisted me with a rental for my international vacation. She was kind and sympathetic and offered to upgrade my rental to something safer and more comfortable at the same rate as a compact vehicle. The process took less than 5 minutes and I was on the road to enjoy my vacation. Pick up and return were a breeze and I can safely say that Sixt saved my vacation from absolute disaster. Simply perfect. The staff at the station are very friendly and helpful. There was a small problem with my debit card, but in the end it was solved, thanks to Lorena and her colleague. I also got some restaurant recommendations, really nice people. :)The pick-up and return of the car also went smoothly, the crew in the parking lot are also very nice and friendly.Thank you everyone!In case anyone is wondering, they don't take Revolut debit cards. I didn't find a company policy before I made my reservation, so I thought I'd post it here. Other debit cards are fine, they even accepted my Maestro card, but Revolut is sadly a no-go.
