A few comments, you want to ensure the antenna get’s signal. Using it in a basem*nt would make the signal weak so you may not have a good experience. Here are some tips to using Riki for the first time. Using a mobile phone or laptop go to that Riki website, entering in your radio ID. Make sure it’s the correct ID! You want a green check mark to ensure the signal with your Radio ID has been sent successfully. Please wait a full five minutes before trying to change the channels from the preview channel. What would you like to know? About two weeks ago I activated using the website link (not Riki) with the Surfshark VPN on a random US city. Again, no problems. You cannot use the official website to activate a boombox trial subscription.

The website link, All the ones I find you need to provide a credit card. The VPN is not a problem.

different sign-up page but the Channels appear to be the same, the only difference that I have found is in the Weather; it will be based on the sign-up address

No but sometimes a new fake email and phone number is required. If that doesn’t work have you considered trying the new Riki link in the first post. You cannot get the web account just a vehicle or boombox trial activation.

Wait a day and try again tomorrow. Could be a SiriusXM issue, hopefully they dont use Crowdstrike!

got that error message on Thursday and again today

I was getting the error last week as well.

Just tried again and got this: "We're sorry for the inconvenience, but this radio can't be activated online. Chat with an agent, or call us at 1-888-601-6271 and let us help."

Try the riki link in the first post. Streaming app is not included.

Try again right away and it should turn green again make sure your vehicle is on and don't touch any buttons (wait at least 5 minutes) as you listen to the preview channel.

Looks like their systems are down right now.

Trying to renew but Riki not working and neither are the other methods.

I need to renew my trial, as it wasn’t working when I turned on my vehicle after work. It was working when I arrived at work.

I can try to refresh the signal, but I don’t think I have an active trial.

It also gives me this as I try to use one of the older trial methods.
